We met Margaret in August 2020 through an online search. Our initial meeting was at our very first house viewing, we had no idea how the house buying process worked. In the first meeting she explained everything so well. She is very friendly and caring, we instantly felt at ease talking with her. At this time the market was just starting to take off and we knew we couldn’t compete with the current prices so we decided to wait 6 months. Margaret was so understanding, told us to just let her know when we were ready. Fast-forward 8 months, I gave Margaret a call and she remembered us as if we had talked yesterday. She knew details from our first meeting that I forgot I even told her! Within a few days she had several viewings lined up. She is very much on top of her emails, she responded to us very quickly and answered every question. We were also under a tight budget and well below current market prices. However, she had such a positive view and said she would do everything she could to get us in a home within our price range. She was very reassuring, kept telling us when it’s our time to own our first house we will! We viewed 9 houses in one week, put our first offer in and it was accepted. We loved working with Margaret and would highly recommend her!
